1 Cup + 4 Tbsp = 10 - 15 Beignets

1 Bag + 8 Tbsp = 30 - 35 Beignets

Air Fryer and Oil Fry Instructions

MIX

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of beignet mix with 3 tbsp water. stir until a soft dough forms.

ROLLOUT

On a floured surface, roll the dough to ½ inch thickness. sprinkle the dough with flour as needed, then cut into 2x2 inch squares.

MAKE

Preheat Air Fryer at 400°F and add beignets. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Or
Preheat Oil at 350°F and add beignets. Cook for 20-30 seconds on both sides.
