Are there any allergens?

Yes. Egg, Wheat and Milk.

How do I make the best possible beignet?

Hotter oil will puff more! Have your fryer temp at 360-380 F. We recommend double checking your oil temperature with a probe thermometer because properly heated oil will cause water in the dough to flash into steam, lifting the dough to create an airy beignet.

The right dough thickness will puff more! 1/8 inch is the perfect thickness for maximum puffing. Also, cut beignet dough in 2 inch squares.

Can I increase the amount of water?

A wetter dough will puff more! 3 tablespoons of water is a reasonable starting place, but if your beignets need more puff, an extra half tablespoon will give the dough even more steam power when it hits the hot oil, resulting in an even fluffier beignet.

Can I cut the beignet larger?

Yes, you can. Although, we recommend 2x2 inch squares for the best results.

What is the shelf life on the beignets

Our shelf life is 12 months from the manufactured date. You can find the expiration date on the back panel of the package.

Yes. Our product are loved by kids and adults nationally.

Our product contains clean and premium ingredients, where as other brands may require you to purchase eggs, vanilla bean, yeast and much more. All you truly need for our best in class product is water.
